The Bodyglide Anti Chafe Balm relieves hot spots on feet and helps prevent areas which are prone to chaffing or cracking caused by friction.

When Should I use it?
You can apply the balm before, during or after exercise. If you have an area which you think may be affected by chaffing then you should apply it before exercise. If after exercise chaffing appears then apply the balm. Apply again before you next exercise to prevent chaffing happening again.

How Does Bodyglide Anti Chafe Balm Work?

When the balm is used on the desired area it penetrates the skin which creates a comfortable and invisible barrier against moisture and friction but doesn't clog pores nor does it trap perspiration. The balm feels dry to the touch.

How do I remove it?
Simply wash the balm of with soap and water.

The Bodyglide WarmFX Anti Pain Balm is essentially a heat balm. The warming effect can be used to jump start your warm ups or applied to painful or sore muscles or joints for pain relief.

When should I use it?
You can apply the balm before excercise to give your warmup a jump start or if you feel any discomfort. If you apply it when you only have a small ache its less likely to turn into something worse.

Why should I use Bodyglide WarmFX?

The product is specifically designed for sport use. The warming effect stays is focused on where it was applied and because of its make up it won't clog pores or trap perspiration like some alternatives making it ideal for sport.
