Casall always select the best materials in order to gurantee optimal functionality and durability. Included in this great range of fabrics are:

Organic Cotton Modal Sensitive Bamboo Rapidry

RapiDry

RapidryRapiDry gives you the feel and softness of cotton with the benefits of advanced fibre technology. During active sports it is important for people to stay cool. Clothes create an obstacle in this case, they acts as a barrier to evaporation, causing vapour to condense between the skin and the garment.

Trapped perspiration results in discomfort, leaving you feel too hot during exercise or too cold immediately after exercise. Synthetic fibres like polyester and polyamide are ideal for sportswear; flexible, lightweight, and elastic, but the problem is that they are usually water repellent and form a barrier that prevents perspiration from escaping.

Sensitive

SensitiveThis is an excellent quality for all types of activities. The fabric has a combination of 72% Meryl microfibre and 28% Lycra.

The structure of the sensitive fabric is a special patented structure that reduces the thickness by half which gives optimum freedom of movement. The fabric has an excellent shape retention which means that the garments will keep its shape and fit wash after wash.

The structure of the fabric also allows maximum air permeability, where it absorbs the moisture quickly and which allows the fabric to dry fast. The presence of the Meryl microfibre in the Sensitive fabric aids the absorption and eventual evaporation of body moisture, ensuring temperature control in any situation.

Organic Cotton

Organic CottonOrganic cotton is cotton that has been produced without pesticides and from plants which are genetically modified. Independent certification organisations make sure that the producers match the demands stated. One of the most known certifying organisations is GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard). Their certification demands that the product is organically produced and that it has undergone environmental-and social adaptation from labelling to transport. This standard only contains imperative demands.

Organic agriculture protects our planet by reducing the total pollution of pesticides and other chemicals to the water and the soil. Conventional production of cotton stands for 16 % of the total use of pesticides and as much as 26% of the insecticides in the world.

Bamboo

BambooThe bamboo fibre is eco-friendly and without any chemical additive. The invention of bamboo fibre is the contribution of mankind to the protection of natural rare minerals, the protection of Bamboo resources, the care of the environment and the consideration of the global balance.

Bamboo is a natural material, softer than cotton and with a graceful drapiness. It has a soft, silky and shiny touch. The material is natural antibacterial, which eliminates/reduces the possibility of skin allergy and undesired odours. Bamboo allows the body to breathe, it absorbs and transports moisture away from the skin and dries very quickly. Fabrics made out of Bamboo makes you feel closer to nature and gives you a feeling of wellbeing.

Modal

ModalNaturalness plays a key role in Modal. The fibre is made from beech wood fibre (mostly from Christmas tree, spruce), and is a 100% natural. The pulp used for fibre production is made by Lenzing to guarantee consistent and reliable quality. The Chemicals and secondary products which occur during the production process are sold as valuable substances. One example of this is wood sugar which is further processed to sweeteners.

Cotton and modal is an excellent complement to each other and the properties of the cotton and modal fibres are very similar. The dyeing behaviour of modal enables tone-in-tone dyeing in the blend since modal has the same dyeing effect as cotton. Also, modal improved the yarn regularity and helps to attain better fabric surface. Cotton is a 100% natural fibre from the cotton plant and Modal® is made of natural cellulose fibre, with is melted together with different chemicals. The fabric absorbs the moisture well and it is very pleasant to wear because of its softness and high dimensional stability. It is also very important to know that the brilliant colours stay in the garments after repeated washes - the fabric has a high colourfastness.
