What is your Returns Policy?

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from The Simply Group.

However, should you wish you can return it for any reason within 28 days (7 days for Sale items) from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs).

Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached.

The latest date for returns is printed on your delivery note for clarification.

We aim to process returns and exchanges the day they arrive with us, however please allow up to 14 days for your refund to process during peak periods.

How do I return an item?

Please complete the returns form on the reverse of the delivery note and include it with the securely repacked item(s) you wish to return.

You can return the item to us using the 3 methods listed below;

  1. Using the pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked Returns® label provided (£2.50 charge for this service)
  2. Using an alternative postage method
  3. Drop off in store

1. Pre-Paid Label

For orders delivered within the UK we provide a pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked Returns® label with your delivery to make returning your items as easy as possible.

Simply affix this label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your local Post Office.

We will deduct £2.50 from your refund to cover the use of the label.

If your order qualified for Free Returns use of the label is free.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the item(s) until they are received by us. As such please ensure that they are securely packaged, we advise you make a note of your tracking number and obtain proof of postage from the post office.

2. Using An Alternative Postage Method

Alternatively you may return your items to the address below using your preferred postage method.

You are responsible for all postage costs when using an alternative method.

3. Return to The Simply Group Store

You can also return your item(s) along with your delivery note in person to our store in Faversham, Kent. One of our friendly colleagues will be happy to assist you with exchanging or refunding your order.

Can I exchange items?

Yes of course, just complete the exchange form on the reverse of the delivery note and return it along with the items to our address above.

You can use the pre-paid returns label (where provided) to return your item(s) free of charge.

Please note.

An exchange request is considered to be the same item (and price) in a different size, should you require a different item, please place a new order and return the original for a refund.

If we are unable to fulfil your exchange request we will deduct £2.50 from your refund for the use of the pre-paid returns label.

We are unable to offer exchanges on orders shipped outside the UK. If you require an alternative size shipped outside the UK please return your item for refund and place a new order.

What if an item is faulty?

In the unlikely event that something you have purchased from us is faulty when it arrives then we will be happy to replace it for you.

If an item becomes faulty after a period of time then please contact customer services before returning the item. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.

We will send you a free postage label or refund your return postage in these instances (item weight dependant) so you don’t incur any additional costs.

In either of the above events please contact our customer services team on or telephone 0844 567 7070 between 9:00am and 5.00pm Monday to Saturday to arrange the return.

If we ask you to return the goods to us please download the faulty goods return form below as this will need to be enclosed when you return your faulty product to us.
