However, should you wish you can return it for any reason within 28 days (7 days for Sale items) from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs).
Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached.
The latest date for returns is printed on your delivery note for clarification.
We aim to process returns and exchanges the day they arrive with us, however please allow up to 14 days for your refund to process during peak periods.
Please complete the returns form on the reverse of the delivery note and include it with the securely repacked item(s) you wish to return.
You can return the item to us using the 3 methods listed below;
- Using the pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked Returns® label provided (£4.50 charge for this service)
- Using an alternative postage method
- Drop off in store
1. Pre-Paid Label
For orders delivered within the UK we provide a pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked Returns® label with your delivery to make returning your items as easy as possible.
Simply affix this label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your local Post Office.
We will deduct £4.50 from your refund to cover the use of the label.
If your order qualified for Free Returns use of the label is free.
Please be aware that you are responsible for the item(s) until they are received by us. As such please ensure that they are securely packaged, we advise you make a note of your tracking number and obtain proof of postage from the post office.
2. Using An Alternative Postage Method
Alternatively you may return your items to the address below using your preferred postage method.
You are responsible for all postage costs when using an alternative method.
3. Return to The Simply Group Store
You can also return your item(s) along with your delivery note in person to our store in Faversham, Kent. One of our friendly colleagues will be happy to assist you with exchanging or refunding your order.

Sorry, we are unable offer an exchange service, should you require an alternative item please place a new order and return the original for a refund.
Please contact our Customer Care team to arrange for the return and inspection of the item.
In the unlikely event that something you have purchased arrives faulty we will be happy to replace it.
If an item subsequently develops a fault during use we will need to inspect the item to assess the cause. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Please download the Faulty Goods Return Form and enclose it with your return.
