Compeed Dry and Cracked Skin Cream is ideal for treating dry and cracked skin on feet, elbows and hands. The Urea in the cream helps to restore and retain the skin's own moisture. Lactic acids (AHAs) assist in the removal of dead skin cells to reveal fresher, smoother looking skin.
