The Deck from Reebok is a step that can double up as a bench which can be used at home. It has two height positions with the larger height making for a harder work out. The Deck also allows you to add an incline or decline which provides a bench position allowing you to weight lift. A workout DVD is included which provides instructions on how to use your step. Provides a great aerobic workout in the comfort of your own home and has a storage area inside to store the tube or weights.
