Really good ball for massage and pain relief

Really good ball for massage and pain relief. I was concerned that it may be too soft but if anything its slightly hard (thats generally a much better way for massage). The spikes are quite hard too which is good for what I want but could be too agressive if you are sensative. Recommended, it was delivered quickly and at a decent price.
