The Multi-Purpose Fitness Mat from Golds Gym is a perfect mat to take to the gym or to fitness classes where you are going to be doing floor work. It is a generous 47" x 24" (120cm x 60cm) in size and has 10mm thick padding which makes it comfortable to use. The mat has a nylon/PVC covering which is easy to clean and its integrated carry strap makes it easy for portability. Can be folded for easy storage.
